Though some t-shirt designs do not have to be customized, they are pressed to your size request upon order and shipped.

Therefore, they are considered a custom order and all sales are final.

We stand by our products 100%. If your product arrives with any manufacturer defect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and we will be happy to return the product for an exact replacement.

Custom orders may take 10-14 business days to ship, but often customers received them sooner. Our design team has a 3-5 day lead time from order to ship. Therefore we are able to provide a projected shipping time that meets most "need-by" dates that are at least 14 days out. If you need an item faster, please let us know, we can accomodate rush order requests with an additional fee to cover rapid postage.
