We encourage everyone to please check out the sizing details within our products to assure that your ordering the correct sizing for your comfort preferences as custom items cannot be returned for resale as they are made specifically for you. If you experience any manufacturer's defect, you can upload the image to us of the faulty item and we'll be happy to replace it free of charge. We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and our 100% positive feedback from our customers.
